He moved back to New York and founded Troika Dialog USA and then served as the President of Troika Dialog Group. Seymour graduated from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business and earned his M.B.A. in International Finance from Fordham University. In 2009 he founded EmergingMoney.com.
