On television Hamilton hosted the TV series documentary Big Cat Diary from 2005 to 2009. Saba married conservationist and journalist Frank Pope in 2006. She has worked for many charities including Save the Rhino Trust, Save the Elephants, and Merlin. Hamilton presented advertisements for the Nissan Adventure in 2005 and 2006.
