In 2010 he was Honorable mention All-Conference USA and in 2012 he was First-team All-Conference USA. Collins was drafted #52 by the New England Patriots in the 2013 NFL Draft. He has played his entire career with New England and recorded 116 tackles, 2 interceptions, 4 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles in 2014. Collins won an AFC Championship with the Patriots in 2014.
