From 2000 to 2001 he starred as Robert “Ditto” Roberts III on the television series Bull and in 2002 he starred as Owen Frank on the TV series Providence. George Newbern voiced roles on the series Justice League from 2001 to 2004 and on the series Justice League Unlimited from 2004 to 2006. One of his best known roles has come starring as Charlie on the TV series Scandal starting in 2012. He has also starred in several films including Father of the Bride and Father of the Bride Part II.
