The group holds major stakes in natural resources worldwide, one of which is a new residential development in India. Eddie, on the other hand, chairs the Topland Group of Companies that encompasses the UK property business. To date, the brothers have amassed more than a million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, as well as they have acquired 700 hotel rooms.
