He had a recurring role as Blaine in the series Totally Spies! from 2006 to 2010 and starred as Major Glad Marin in the series Combat Hospital in 2011. In 2013 he voiced the role of Dave in the TV series Total Drama All Stars. DeSanto has also starred in the movies The Freshman, Half Baked, Mean Girls, Gooby, The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, and Breakaway. In 1996 he was nominated for a Gemini Award.
