Their debut studio album Family Scriptures was released in 1996 and reached #2 on the Billboard 200 chart and the US R&B chart. Mo Thugs released the album Family Reunion in 1998 which reached #8 on the US R&B chart. They released the albums The Mothership in 2000, and The Movement in 2003. Mo Thugs had success with the single “Ghetto Cowboy” which reached #1 on the US Rap chart.
